1/2 Cup of Pellets
Soak in a splash of juice (apple, cranberry or prune) and 2-3 cups of water.
Salad-
Summer & Winter Squash (yellow squash, zucchini, cucumber, jicama, butternut squash spaghetti squash) approximately 2 cups
Spring Mix-large handful
Salad Dressing-
Apple Cider Vinegar-1/4 cup
Mineral Oil-2 tablespoons
Splash of juice
3 cups of water
If you are unable to serve Lunch, include the salad mix with dinner.
